Impeccable service! I thought a problem with heating was related to an older/failed thermostat. Billy's team came out to replace the old thermostat, and when the replacement thermostat was not responsive, they quickly diagnosed a hardware problem with the system, located the needed part, picked it up, and got our system back up and running, just before the freeze. Thank you Smart A/C for the awesome and highly responsive service.
First off, GOD is good all the time! Woke up Sunday Morning to a cold house. Heat wasn’t kicking on. Went to Google and Smart A/C was the 1st business that popped up. 5 Star ratings/excellent reviews… no brainer. Set up service request online. Billy called back immediately and he was at my home in less than 2hrs. A/C working, fast service, good feedback and excellent customer service.
