Smarr’s employee, Zack, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He assessed and repaired our problem in less than 90 minutes. I was amazed. And best of all, the door works perfectly. They’ve earned my business for all future garage door repairs and replacements.
The technician was very nice and he fixed the problem quickly. The sensors will misaligned and since it was such a quick fix he didn't charge me.
My garage door opener decided today was its last day. I called over from a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to the rep on the phone at 8:55AM, had a new unit by 11AM. 100% will use them again.
