We had two springs snap widely from our garage door. I had assumed the whole door would need to be replaced and called Smarr Garage Door. They set up an appointment quickly, and the repairman arrived on time, took a look and explained he could simply replace the springs and lubricate them. Great communication and service.
I had Smarr come out to check on a "glitchy" garage door. Zach was right on time, and spent plenty of time doing what I would call 'diagnosis'. He was able to explain it to me in a way that made sense, and he also went through all the possibilities and alternatives. He was very thorough, and left me with a plan I could follow for the future. I really appreciate that!
