This company manages the house next door to mine (320 InvernessAvenue, 40214.) Last winter, a pipe burst in the kitchen. I turned the water off at the main. The grass is about a foot tall, and no one has been there to cut it. The property manager (Smallwood Realty) seems to not care about the property, and I ready to report it to Metro311. The last two renters had drug issues, and cared little about the property. I hope I can get quality neighbors in the future.
