Took my girlfriend who is disabled in a wheelchair to look at these apartments which is Ada accessible one bedroom when I got there a lady in front said the manager quit Saturday you cannot look at it. I left some information so the next day I get a call from a guy who says he runs the building and told me there's no way he was going to let me in unless I filled out the application and got approved then I can look at it that's what the Oregon law states. This apartment complex is home to a lady that is cruel and evil. For over a year I was calling bingo for a mental helth drop in center with activities called Comfort Zone and this lady lives in this apartment complex Smallwood and has caused nothing but problems for the complex and for me. Because of her I had to resign my job because she tells the director at Comfort Zone and the manager at Smallwood stuff she lies to your face and says she will not tell anyone.
