First disappointment, they don't allow parents in the same room when your kids are sedated. So no transparency there. Second disappointment, they placed three fillings on my child's teeth. One of the fillings fell out. We go back and they decide to remove the tooth with the missing filling. When my child returns from the procedure, I asked how are the other two fillings looking? This office LIES about the work your child needs. We opted in for a second opinion after we were told our child would need a bunch of dental work done (he has always had really good oral health so this was weird) and payment would be due upfront which would have been over one thousand dollars out of pocket. They were not flexible with even splitting the payment in 2 and were extremely rude when simply asking if there was a payment plan option. My adhd son has major anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My son had a traumatic experience at another dentist office and I thought he would forever fight any dentist that came his way. Dr. Roth changed that for us!! He just recently had dental surgery to help him not associate the dentist with pain. Dr. Roth made it an easy comforting experience for all of us.
