“Small town” feel. Amazing results. From start to finish Small Town Dental is amazing. This has been a great experience.
Rather than allow the parent to ask the dentist questions, they run your questions through several employees and then the dentist cancels the appointment due to not enough time to answer questions and do the treatment. Unprofessional run-around and same day cancelations that they would charge you for if you were to cancel same-day. They don't care about the time patients/parents have to miss from school/work, but don't dare to ask questions on their time.
The office staff is so incredibly rude. Both the dental hygienist and Dr.Roth were kind and great with my son during his appointment. The only concern during care was staff requesting that parents stay in the lobby, but they allowed me to go back with my toddler. It is very difficult to get an appointment booked and when you do you have to put $25 down to secure the appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough. My son had a horrendous experience at his previous dentist at the age of 3. It was to the point where he was petrified of going anywhere near a dentist. Dr. Roth and her team have now been able to successfully complete the treatment plan he needed. I am so appreciative of everyone who works in this office for making my little guy feel so safe and comfortable. Thank you so so much!!!!!
Staff were so friendly. We were greeted as soon and we walked in the door. The waiting room had toys for the kids to play with while waiting which we thought was nice. The dental assistant was wonderful with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing to her. The dentist was fabulous as well!
