We love Dr. Stephanie and the whole team at Smalltown! They are so friendly and welcoming. Also, they are super flexible working with my crazy schedule for scheduling appointments. Can’t recommend them enough!
The staff are GREAT! Personable, friendly, and caring. However, they REQUIRE us to answer a bunch of invasive questions through a text app. After spending 15 minutes of answering their questions, the same questions every time, the system locks up when I try to submit. Happens every time! Then they require us to use a tablet to answer those questions if it doesn't work on our phones. Please give us a computer option that is not using the phone!
