They no longer answer my calls or my messages and today after leaving3 pior messages. FYI I have been waiting a year and that I can deal with. It's the fact that not once on their own inclination did they reach out. I had to hound for days or weeks or have my partner at the time call to get answers. it appears they turned off their number. I can't speak to the skill of Dr. Smalling. He seemed professional when I saw him, however the office manager was rude and condescending so I will go elsewhere to have my veins treated.

They seem all nice and shiny on the outside but these folks are scam artist and they do it well. They know how to sit you down and let you know you’ll be coming again, and again, and again, and again, AND AGAIN for perforator veins. “You’ll get worse before it gets better” and by that time you might have an ulcer, or your simple symptoms are still present (basically it’s a hit or miss procedure). Would not recommend to anyone, if you are thinking about getting anything done please get a second opinion. The doctor fell asleep while talking to me when I was there. The lady who I am assuming is the is office manager/office assistant Happy is very unprofessional and rude.
