My house had algae growing in its side, polin, trim looked tired and black staining, doors were yellowing even after scrubbing. I set up an appointment with Smalley to get the whole house washed and I got response within a day and my appointment was set for the next week. I was notified every step of the way. Matthias and his assistant were communicative, respectful of the property and extremely fair with pricing. They did a fantastic job and the siding looks new!! I would not hesitate to hire this team!!

I needed my gutters cleaned, and we have a two-story house so we needed someone with a tall ladder. Matthias Smalley's team was great at communication (timely responses to my inquiry, sending a reasonable quote, and scheduling), and of course the gutter cleaning itself. They also patched up a couple of leaks in the gutters -- and they even power-washed the granite steps where gunk had built up from the leaky gutter overhead! Thank you Matthias and crew for your excellent work!
Mr. Smalley was polite, respectful, and very efficient at the job he was hired for. He quoted me a price and when the job was completed that price was paid.
