Very disappointed. A custom cake was ordered with a clear design provided, and what we received looked nothing like what was requested. When concerns were brought up, we were told there was nothing they could do and that ordering 2 days in advance wasn’t enough time. If 2 days wasn’t enough notice, the order should have been declined or we should have been told the design couldn’t be completed as requested. My daughter and I go in there to buy the last two cupcakes and she gets off the phone and says oh sorry those are spoken for I just got off the phone with somebody. Really?! Give them to the lazy people who can't get off their butts to come in and see what is left!?! Will not be coming here again.
We had an order to pick up today but we are sick so we called to ask for a curbside puck up. You offered delivery to us and we really appriciated that. We had our order within 30 minutes. Love our small, local business. Thank you 😊
I ordered last minute and was able to pick up an absolutely gorgeous cake. They went above and beyond my expectations. The cost was very reasonable and I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can't express how happy I am with everything about small cakes I will use there services again
