I visited this location for the first time this past Saturday. I was not impressed with the customer service. There was no real greeting which I deem as unprofessional. I had to search for the pricing and when I finally located it, it was written at the very bottom of the chalkboard used to show flavors. I inquired about the pricing written on a chalkboard ($4.25) just to confirm and was told that the price on the chalkboard recently increased to $4.75. I chose to order 4 cupcakes. Friendly staff and great cupcakes
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a cupcake or ice cream which is my favorite. Also the staff here is immaculate, very nice and helpful. Jamie is such a sweet girl and is always helpful and fills me with joy! . I love coming here and will continue.
Went in on 6/3 about 30 mins before close and the worker was so helpful. Had never been to a Smallcakes before, and she made the experience so wonderful. Will definitely be returning!
Service was horrible. I placed my cake order three weeks in advance, only to be told the day before that they couldn’t make it. I then had to call multiple times just to get my refund processed. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional.
