We ordered cupcakes and a baby cake for a corporate baby shower, and they were outstanding. Beautiful presentation, incredible flavor, and perfectly suited for a professional event. The baby cake was as delicious as it was adorable, and guests couldn’t stop raving. Highly recommend! 🧁
The lady at the front who took my order was very nice and patient. They were out of the cookies and cream ice cream 😩. But overall it was an good first time experience
Honestly I wish there was another location because the cupcakes are tasty but the service here is horrible. I have come in multiple times and the employee literally doesn’t say a word during the entire interaction. I’ve come and the case be empty more than an hour before the end of the night. I’ve ordered online for delivery and received the wrong flavors twice. It’s getting to the point that the only consistent thing here is the poor service
Edit: i shouldn't be shocked but i was gobsmacked when the owner reached out to me the day after I posted this to try to find a solution to this situation. We're working on it right now and it means a lot. I don't even really know where to start. I was so deeply disappointed with what i got vs. what i asked for i had to convince myself it wasn't a big deal and spend some time determining if it was my fault.
