Their cupcakes and cakes are great! Unfortunately their communication is nonexistent. I have been using them for birthday cakes for the last 5 years. Whenever I need a cake, I have to call and call and call and email. It's hard to get in touch with someone. The person who answers the phone is very kind but they always tell me the owner needs to approve the cakes. I ordered cupcakes for my son & DIL's baby shower. I was able to email so there was no misunderstanding about how many, which size or flavors. But, their level of service went above and beyond even that. Even after I approved the order, I received a phone call making sure I knew there was liquor in the icing for the banana foster since it was for a baby shower! I cleared it with my son & DIL. My first visit here was many years ago in my late teens, during a really difficult time after losing someone close to me. I came in just before closing, to buy cupcakes for someone who was also grieving the loss. I was visibly upset from crying the entire drive over, the owner met me with such genuine kindness and compassion. It truly meant more than I can express. Place was empty looked like it was closing mid day. It was our first and last time visiting. The owner was very rude and condescending. The cakes were overly sweet and dry. Never again.
