My daughter ordered her graduation/birthday cake and cupcakes from here. The customer service was horrible. The cake was cracked, very dense and hard to cut even with a butcher knife. The icing on the cupcakes wasn’t the correct shade of blue it was darker. Went to pick up my order at 3:25 pm and was told it wasn’t ready to be come back at the pick up time which was 4:00 pm. I ordered gluten free cupcakes the day before. My order was ready the next day. Of course I had to try one while seated outside, and they were delicious!!!!!!!!!!The family had their desired cupcakes from Red Velvet to Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel and were also very happy!Fresh and tasty.We can highly recommend this shop.BTW, we drove all the way from Sanford.

Caden charged my daughter $50 for 12 cupcakes when the sign clearly stated a dozen for $36. Was very unhelpful in resolving the issue. The owner Eve Craig did nothing to resolve. Very disappointed. Use extreme caution when sending young people in to checkout at register.
