Really love dr Butler and MA Wendy! The whole office staff as well. We moved from out of state a little over a year ago and I have 3 kids, 1 with special needs. They have been quick to respond/get me into appointments needed. Follow up is great and I feel taken seriously and listened to with my opinions and suggestions. I’ve taken both of my girls to Small World Pediatrics for years, but recently the experience has gone downhill. What should have been two very simple requests turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. It took 4 days to receive a doctor’s note for my daughter’s school and 3 days to receive documentation of her diagnoses for school records. This is unacceptable, especially when schools require timely paperwork. I called four days in a row trying to get this resolved.The front desk receptionist made the situation even worse... read more
