I’ve taken both of my girls to Small World Pediatrics for years, but recently the experience has gone downhill. What should have been two very simple requests turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. It took 4 days to receive a doctor’s note for my daughter’s school and 3 days to receive documentation of her diagnoses for school records. This is unacceptable, especially when schools require timely paperwork. I called four days in a row trying to get this resolved.The front desk receptionist made the situation even worse... read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment we walk in, the entire staff front office, back office, everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. They are especially amazing with my children 🧩 who have special needs and always go out of their way to make them feel comfortable and cared for The office itself is absolutely adorable so thoughtfully designed and welcoming. I have taken all 4 of my children to small world Pediatrics since birth. All of them have been patients of Sherry Butler and we think she is amazing. There have been a few occasions when another provider had to be seen and we have had no complaints. I highly recommend them.
