The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Julie did an awesome job!
We had a heartbreaking and upsetting experience with Dr. Best. My four-year-old went through multiple filling appointments and was terrified. When she cried, Dr. Best seemed irritated, and sedation or comfort options were never offered. She now she has severe dental anxiety. She was offered a popsicle afterward, which felt inappropriate. Several fillings are now damaged (fillings which are less than a year old) one fell out, one is cracked—and we are now redoing everything. Very kind and patient
This was my daughter’s first dentist appointment at 2 years old. She actually did a really good job and let them do everything they had to do without giving them a hard time because they were very patient and kind to her. She definitely felt comfortable and the doctor gave me a lot of good tips and reminders for me as her mother. I would highly recommend this dentist!
