All staff is amazing every step of the way. When I took my daughter into be put under anesthesia for dental work I was full of stress and anxiety beforehand but once I arrived it was almost immediately gone because the staff explains every step and continues to communicate with you throughout the process. Dr. Rick is awesome and Britney at the front desk will go the extra mile for you to help in anyway she can.
Great first experience with my toddler. Dr Best and Robin were very welcoming and thorough. Exactly what I hope for.
I love this place. My three year old was not having it and Brianna was so incredibly patient and sweet with him. She took the time to show him all the tools and was just wonderful. Dr. Rick, as usual, is awesome with the kiddos. Always a good experience.
Absolutely amazing place. So kid friendly, patient welcoming staff. Julie was phenomenal. Dr Best amazing as well. 100 stars if I could!
Be sure to check in advance of arriving that they didn't decide to drop your insurance carrier...otherwise you'll get bad news that routine services are not covered by your insurance and they'll extort you with a cancellation fee. We would have cancelled months ago had we been told they dropped our insurance(a major dental insurance provider). I see your response that you claim we were notified that Delta Dental was no longer covered, this is an outright lie.
