Absolutely amazing place. So kid friendly, patient welcoming staff. Julie was phenomenal. Dr Best amazing as well. 100 stars if I could!
Be sure to check in advance of arriving that they didn't decide to drop your insurance carrier...otherwise you'll get bad news that routine services are not covered by your insurance and they'll extort you with a cancellation fee. We would have cancelled months ago had we been told they dropped our insurance(a major dental insurance provider). I see your response that you claim we were notified that Delta Dental was no longer covered, this is an outright lie.
We have come to the point where we don’t believe the good reviews anymore. They are nice, but seem constantly overbooked and so hasty! Always in a rush and doctors hardly even look at the teeth. Both kids have had same experience. Doctor doesn’t listen and if any suspected issues they just say we’ll take care of it later. Which means…we are way to busy right now so we will wait until issue is so big we have to address it. Disappointed and wanted to warn others.
