I had such a great experience. Kevin at check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Bontrager did the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. She took her time, didn’t rush through anything, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips on how to avoid eye strain. Very comprehensive exam. The optometrist took her time and listened to my experiences and needs. She was very kind. I had exams I’ve never had before. Definitely worth the price because the level of care is above what you’d get at a normally place that gets you in and out in 10-15 minutes.
My visit was a pure delight in meeting this extraordinary optometrist. She is personable, very thorough, and very professional. I would recommend her for anyone bringing children or themselves. Eye can see clearly now.
I am so grateful that I came across Dr. B! She is so professional and personable, her exams are so thorough and she made me feel very comfortable right away. I was incredibly nervous about getting new glasses and she made me feel very confident in my new prescription before leaving her office. Highly recommend.
I loved how thoughtful and thorough Dr Bontrager was. I have had eye exams in the past but this exam was so much better. There is no comparison. She was more comprehensive in her approach, very informative, and her care came through in so many unspoken ways. I felt well taken care of.
