For my annual eye exam, I remembered Small Wonder Eye Care. And i cant say enough good things about Doc and her staff. As jim carey says in The Mask, "She really loves us, she really really loves us!!!" She is the most amazing, person 1st-patient 2nd, optical dr ive ever met. I had an excellent experience at Small Wonder Eyecare. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The entire appointment lasted about an hour, and I felt that every step was well-paced and thorough. The eye exam itself was very professional. I highly recommend Small Wonder Eyecare to anyone looking for eye-exams and prescriptions. Dr B, is fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. By far the best experience I’ve had with a Dr!! At my first appointment with her she ran more tests than anyone ever has and noticed an abnormality in my optic nerves and pulled out a plastic eyeball and actually explained what that meant instead of just using big words. After being okayed by a retina specialist I came back to get my glasses prescription because she is the only Dr no matter what it was to make me feel like she covered EVERYTHING! My toddler had poked my eye and I had a terrible abrasion on my eye. I couldn’t even function with how bad the pain was. Dr. Bontrager got me in immediately and took great care of me. She used methods that I haven’t had another doctor do ( this is my 4th time getting poked lol). The next day my eye was 90% healed thanks to her!
