My sisters unit was broken into. They stole everything that they could sell and the owners response was sorry. I rent a lot of storage units all over the state of Missouri. Had I known this provider did not offer insurance or cameras on premises I would have told my sister absolutely not! Only slumlord storage owners don’t have cameras or insurance. Or any kind of resolution to all of someone’s belongings being gone. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Find a real place that offers insurance, cameras and gates on property.
