Dr. Mark is a trustworthy and compassionate physician. I really appreciated our conversation about vaccines—he explained everything clearly, thoughtfully, and without rushing, which means a lot to me as a young mom of two. It’s reassuring to feel heard and to receive information that feels both factual and easy to understand. I’m grateful for the care and time he gives, and I would highly recommend him to other families looking for a doctor they can trust with their children.
The care our family has received here has been inconsistent. There have been multiple instances where coordination of care has been challenging—particularly with lab work. We have experienced delays due to being referred to facilities that do not accept our insurance, which created unnecessary barriers to timely care. Additionally, there have been occasions where medical concerns were not addressed promptly, resulting in the need to seek care at urgent care facilities instead. Amazing place, 2 separate children row separate appointments about month apart. Dr mark is simply amazing, has loads of knowledge and knows how to treat both the children of different ages as well as the adults! His staff are so polite and amazing. I’m not too fond of doctors and medical facilities , so to find such a place , I know my boys will go from age 10/12 to 18 and love every visit they have!
