We had a great experience with Dr. Ruder for our son's laser frenectomy (tongue tie release). He was very informative and caring. Highly recommend him
Been going for 13 years with my two kids always a positive experience. Recently I had an even more exceptional experience. My daughter had an issue with coverage and Lilly, with what I am assuming is the front desk team, worked with me to make sure she was able to be schedule within a month of her original appointments. Lilly then got even more amazing when my son got the flu and we had to cancel his appointment. She worked tirelessly to help me secure appoints for both children though in different days. My daughter is 3 and has extremely high anxiety about the dentist. Hailey made her experience amazing and she was able to get X-rays and a full cleaning and exam done. I can’t sing her praises enough! Hailey is awesome and the whole office is extremely kid welcoming and friendly. Thank you!!!
I had an emergency dental situation with our toddler and I was understandably anxious, but this office was very helpful. Dezeray calmed me down a lot when she answwered my call. The staff was calm, compassionate, and so patient with my son. Dr. Rowland and Avery took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me, and treated my toddler child with such kindness and gentleness.
