Feel like waiting over a month for your child to have an appointment just to show up where everything is down and instead of calling you. They just let you come all the way before saying everything’s broken and then try to reschedule another month out. this is the place for you.
I’ve taken all five of my kids to this office for years, but lately the experience has become frustrating and inconsistent. When I called to schedule an emergency visit for my daughter, they said the earliest they could see her was June because she hasn’t been in for a few years. Don’t support this business! I was referred to Small to Tall by family dentist and my son has been treated there several times. One of those times they didn’t complete the sealant properly and we had to go back and it required a crown due to their neglect. This time, despite having a referral, we were told that if we didn’t switch to Small to Tall as our primary dentist for my son, that we’re no longer welcome there. We’ve been taking our daughter Pippa here since age one. She is 3 1/2 now, and just had her first official cleaning. Corinna the dental assistant was so gentle and helpful; she showed Pippa every tool she would use, and how it worked. They even let her test the water vacuum tool! This helped Pippa feel relaxed and confident. Dr. Callander was gentle and caring when she checked Pippa’s teeth. When we got home, Pippa said “I wasn’t scared!” And “I wasn’t surprised!” We love it here!
We have been going here for about a year now and absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly. Our insurance changed and we were unsure if we would be able to continue going but Josie and Caleigh went above and beyond to help us out and make it happen. They are best and I would recommend them anyday!
