We've had several kids see Mary Caitlin Smith at Small Talk in Clifton Square (College Hill area). She's incredibly patient, knowledgeable & the kids LOVE her office! She has comfortable chairs for you, right in the area, so that you're able to listen to how she's helping your child without being in your child's "space". Once they've done their "work" they come into the vibrant play area and she monitors and corrects their language & speaking skills while playing with them. My daughter has been seeing miss Caitlyn since she was 2. She is now 5.5 and I couldn't be more pleased. Her confidence has grown so much. She loves going to Small Talks! We are so grateful!
Do NOT recommend. She has over booked SEVERAL times and each time expected me to leave. The last time I did indeed leave. The last day we went she greeted my daughter by her name, overbooked and felt "embarrassed" and continued to say in front of another person "I actually don't think her insurance has approved her to be seen with me. I don't have her file here. What's her name again?" And she opened my daughter's file and saw that this was not her first visit, saw she was approved a month before, and proceeded to schedule u... read more

I took my son to Small Talk Pediatric Speech Therapy LLC for a few weeks during the summer of 2018. My family and I had just moved to the Wichita area. The first appointment was a complete mess. At one point she called my son a "she" -- which he looks nothing like. Later she explained that there were a few new kids starting that week, so she had the wrong folder the entire appointment.
