Always a great experience for my daughter. The therapist we have is amazing and consistent and communicates well. To make sure my daughter makes it on the book for her next session they message almost a month ahead.
It nice people there especially Victoria. :)
Overall great people but poor lack of communication. My son now has to adjust to his 3rd speech therapist because the system allows for students to do their intern which is a good thing but my son has to pay for that because the students are coming and going coming and going which isn’t fair. Meanwhile my son has to adjust and get to know a whole new person. 3rd therapist within 6months is unacceptable, and we have to find these type of things out when we arrive because no one will ever call, the therapist he was seeing won’... read more
I highly recommend Small Talk to anyone whose child is in need of speech therapy. Having come from a different establishment, I was pleased as soon as we walked in the door for our evaluation. Our previous speech therapy had a very clinical feel and the majority of the time our 3 year old (at that time) was just sat in front of a screen. That is definitely not the case here.
