No complaints on the staff our physical therapist is absolutely amazing she does so great with my daughter! We love her so much! I would have given five stars but my only complaint is they will literally call me less than 5 minutes before my appointment time when I'm already on my way or in the parking lot and cancel my appointment and they won't have to reschedule it because they canceled it but if I cancel an hour prior (I'm throwing up and sick) they have to reschedule it even though we already go once a week.
William loves coming to therapy with Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Bailey. They truly care and meet William where he is at and help him reach his goals.
Very friendly and very interested in trying to help my granddaughter with all of her issues. We're just getting started but so far I really had a very good feeling that she will do wonderful with Taryn!!! Can't wait for her to get started at this .
My son has been going since January 2024 . I enjoy the atmosphere and place is always so friendly. His therapists Kayla and Logan have always been understanding and helpful with managing my son's disability. I highly recommend small talk for close one on one therapy that my son is comfortable and happy with. Lobby staff are kind and well communicated as well!
