Absolutely horrible experience. Getting into contact with anyone at this company was nonexistent. The therapist herself was very nice when we finally got someone to respond, but my daughter spent 30 mins with her for an absurd amount of money only for them to basically ignore us when we got to the center. I can’t say enough great things about Small Steps! We took our daughter to the Lincoln location from the time she was 2 months old until she was discharged recently at 10 months old. The providers who worked with us (Sarah, Kelsey, and Jamie) were fantastic. They were kind, knowledgable, and helped our daughter catch up in various areas. She would not be where she is today without all of their help!

The waiting room feels isolating, almost as if parents are shut out, with little opportunity to build a relationship with the staff. Since there’s no front desk or window, we just sit alone until someone comes out, and there isn’t even a phone number to call, everything has to go through email.

I brought my daughter to the Lincoln location from the time she was 3 weeks old! Sarah and Kelsey were amazing working with her for both OT and speech. Her feeding issues were resolved without the need to see a pediatric dentist for a tongue tie which I was so relieved about! Kelsey worked with her for months addressing multiple needs for OT and now she is meeting all of her milestones in a timely fashion. So grateful for small steps and will definitely be coming back for any future babes!

I was unsure of what to expect from Small Steps when I first took my second child at 1 month old. All I knew for sure was that we needed to find help with feeding. The staff were very attentive & knowledgeable. I always felt I was actively involved in my baby’s care and progress. I wish I had known about their services with my first, instead of struggling with feeds.
