We have been a Small Solutions customer for several years, so when our air conditioning quit during the middle of a heat wave we called them for help. They came out literally the same day to assess what we needed, which was either to repair our extremely old (25 years!) A/C unit or replace it with a complete new HVAC system. I normally use another company for HVAC maintenance but needed duct cleaning. A friend suggested Small Solutions. I scheduled a $1,200 cleaning for today. The technicians were very friendly and inspected my system. They informed me that my system was clean and didn't require the work. After that honesty, so rare in business these days, I signed up for their annual maintenance program. My wife also needs an $18,000 new system at work and recommended they use Small Solutions. The Small Solutions team was simply incredible helping my family mitigate our AC issue in our home. All of the technicians were friendly, kind, extremely knowledgeable and were very patient in educating my wife and I on the problems discovered and the solution options. This AC issue caused my wife and I anxiety but once the technician was on site, he quickly eased all of our worriers. This type of customer service and workmanship is very rare in this day and age. Small Solutions has been a great company to work with, they are quick to respond, are very professional and we are always pleased. Tyler, the technician that came to our home was wonderful.
