I normally use another company for HVAC maintenance but needed duct cleaning. A friend suggested Small Solutions. I scheduled a $1,200 cleaning for today. The technicians were very friendly and inspected my system. They informed me that my system was clean and didn't require the work. The Small Solutions team was simply incredible helping my family mitigate our AC issue in our home. All of the technicians were friendly, kind, extremely knowledgeable and were very patient in educating my wife and I on the problems discovered and the solution options. This AC issue caused my wife and I anxiety but once the technician was on site, he quickly eased all of our worriers. This type of customer service and workmanship is very rare in this day and age. Whole experience from making the appointment to the service received for my dryer vent cleaning was excellent! Was able to get an appointment the next day. Brian and Duck were on time, friendly and efficient as they were done in less than an hour. They were dog friendly and even gave me a gift for my dog! Didn't really shop around but felt price was fair. Very happy with my decision to use Small Solutions and would choose them again in the future!
