We have been a Small Solutions customer for several years, so when our air conditioning quit during the middle of a heat wave we called them for help. They came out literally the same day to assess what we needed, which was either to repair our extremely old (25 years!) A/C unit or replace it with a complete new HVAC system. He was very thorough and looked over every aspect of our HVAC system to insure we were covered…a really nice guy!!!
Whole experience from making the appointment to the service received for my dryer vent cleaning was excellent! Was able to get an appointment the next day. Brian and Duck were on time, friendly and efficient as they were done in less than an hour. They were dog friendly and even gave me a gift for my dog! Didn't really shop around but felt price was fair. Very happy with my decision to use Small Solutions and would choose them again in the future!
