We have been a Small Solutions customer for several years, so when our air conditioning quit during the middle of a heat wave we called them for help. They came out literally the same day to assess what we needed, which was either to repair our extremely old (25 years!) A/C unit or replace it with a complete new HVAC system. Small Solutions has been a great company to work with, they are quick to respond, are very professional and we are always pleased. Tyler, the technician that came to our home was wonderful. He was very thorough and looked over every aspect of our HVAC system to insure we were covered…a really nice guy!!!
Our GE a/c system shut down (of course it was during a heat wave). I called Small Solutions and read them the error message displayed on the thermostat. They were so helpful and sent a tech out that day! The tech was efficient and professional and had our a/c up and running quickly! Thank you Small Solutions!
