These guys are awesome. I had to have my 25 year old HVAC unit replaced and they did a great job. They are neat and clean up after the job is done. Aaron was very helpful with explaining what my old unit would need to bring it back to life which helped make my decision to replace it.

Small Solutions was referred to me by my coworker. I initially contacted them for a past due service check and contract renewal. There was an issue that was brought to my attention. I noticed on the extremely hot days that the ac was not cooling the house as expected. Problem resolved… the system was low on coolant. Phenomenal job and service! I live in a 18th century house that is completely made of stone. Small Solutions was able to come out quickly and talk through the options regarding their split A/C systems. They did a great job of finding a way to install the split systems while doing minimal damage to the historical house. They both worked with and found a core driller who was able to carefully drill into the stone without causing unnecessary damage. I've had Small Solutions fix issues with my HVAC twice now. For this second issue, the power disconnect for my heat pump melted due to a loose wire. Tyler from Small Solutions replaced the disconnect, checked the heat pump to make sure it wasn't damaged, and then also checked the power disconnects outside for the condenser unit. All of the wires in the outside power disconnect were also loose and could have caused a fire. Thankfully he checked those wires and tightened them up correctly.

Tyler was out today and i cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are honest, reasonable, friendly, know there stuff and can see problems coming ahead if time so are proactive in avoiding issues latter. The best AC company i have ever worked with by a long shot. Thank you tyler and Dylan. Great job. 5 stars.
