Big Frown The wait time is terrible! My 4 yo son has been crying in pain for 3 days and I took him in to be seen today and they said sorry we need to put that crown on his tooth but we do not have the time. The only thing they had was 2 weeks from now. My other son had an abcessed tooth and they took 10 days to take care of it. They see too many patients. The waiting room is always packed and you feel like you are waiting in a welfare line to have your children seen and it always seems to be by a different person.
BIG SMILES My kids and I fianally enjoy going to the dentist. Here each of my 4 kids are assigned their own dentist/hygen .. they provide a two way mirror, where I can go in and watch them get their teeth worked on, but they can't see me. The dentists are wonderful, they make my kids feel like their at home. They have special suprises when they are finished and if they have a "no cavity" check up, they get a certificate to Old Country Buffet, and a Congrats! Certificate to keep and frame.
