We brought my bike in to get an estimate on a clicking noise it was making. After not hearing from them for 4 days, my husband's called. They said it was the wheel and it would cost a minimum of 180$ and take until May to get the part. We said no thank you. My husband got the wheel in ONE day and put it on in less than 15 minutes. When my husband went in to get the bike, they still charged us 25$ to put the bike back together. I work for Denver Bcycle and still purchased the Sanyo pedal assist bike from Small Planet Ebikes. When you are all dressed up and don't want to sweat those e-bikes are a must!! I say you can never have enough bikes.
