I have bought 3 bikes from Small Planet E Bikes. Their service department is outstanding. They want you to be happy with your bike and they do what it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with your bike.
Had a great time riding a few bikes in Longmont last weekend. Edward was EXCELLENT listening to my needs over the phone and had a wide variety of bikes ready for me to try out. The appointment gave me a lot of information about which bike might be best for me. Thanks. I'll be back to buy one next trip to Colorado!
i want to give a better review because they have a great selection of e-bikes. but i feel like their customer service is not terribly friendly, and they always seem like they are too busy and they are doing you a favor to attend to issues. they also charged me the price of a new bike for a used bike for the same model. so they are slightly overpriced. their free tune-ups for life are hurried and they skip things like cleaning or lubricating the chain, which seems like a basic part of oa tune-up to me.

Excellent service, great staff. Best place to get good information on this growing segment of the biking world. They know e-bikes! And you can demo any of them. Very helpful. Loving my e-bike!
