I just had a really good appt! I didn't get the name of the Vet but she looked like she was Asian. I like that they also gave my cat a manicure at a reasonable price.
We took our 3 year old cat here for his annual exam + vaccines and had a good experience. I wish I had asked the names of the staff, but they were all kind, friendly and professional. The doctor did a thorough exam, and gave us useful diet recommendations. The nurses and technicians showered our boy with pets and praises as they gave him his vaccines. The person at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. We'll continue going to Small Paws!
Small Paws Pet Hospital exceeded every expectation. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the start, and the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my pet's recovery. She went above and beyond by personally texting to check in on her condition and requesting wound photos to monitor her healing — after-hours care you just don't see everywhere. Highly recommend!
Small Paws staff are highly knowledgeable and exude care for their patients. They did an exceptional job helping my dog Koa after she was attacked by another dog. The vet techs made Koa comfortable and safe after she was injured, making the exam as easy as possible for an already anxious pup. They gave detailed instructions and advice for after care and cleaned her wounds well. I was impressed with Small Paws and recommend them. The vet techs, especially Carlos, were very skilled and helpful.
A very helpful staff. The Vet explained everything to us and answered our questions thoughtfully about our cat.
