I'm glad to see that so many people are happy with this center. Wasn't my daughter's experience at all. Stopped in to ask a few questions. The lady was very rude and turn her back on me and said good bye. I filled out the application despite her rude behavior, for my daughter who has intellectual disabilities and a controlled seizure disorder. She was turned down stating that they couldn't accept people that may have a seizure. It's been several years but I was very disappointed and my daughter was heartbroken.

I had the privilege of taking a small group of kiddos from The boys and Girls Club of Bristol Va today. Staff was incredible! Very hands on, kind, and understanding with a diverse group. The kids have talked about it all day and I am beyond excited for what pathways for communication have been opened by these sweet animals and people. Chris- social emotional wellness coordinator.
