I have used Bob for years and normally the quality of service is excellent. Unfortunately he has changed his invoicing system which we used to be able to pay the bill online from the invoice. Now I had to mail him a check for the last service invoice of $170. I sent the check out through my B of A bill pay but I guess he didn't get it. So instead of calling me he sends me a nasty email that he has not received the payment and if he doesn't get the payment he is coming back to my home and removing the parts he repaired.
