I moved in July 18th and Tonia has been nothing but the best far as any concern I have about my unit. So far I love it here
I had a meeting with Ms.Tonya at Small Farms, She was amazing. She was very helpful, very nice, and accommodating. She helped me get through my application process with ease. Hopefully I will become a new tenant soon.
Small farms is a really nice apartment complex, their office is really clean and the staff is amazing. Ms. Tonia helped me personally and got everything that I needed done within two days she was such a big help and very understanding. I have no complaints about anything.
I been here for about 2 1/2 years now . I feel the staff is very nice and welcoming wanna make sure you are very comfortable and peaceful at your stay. If I was to tell anyone to apply if needed somewhere to stay I would definitely recommend small farms .
