I took my push lawnmower here to be repaired. I was having trouble starting it and the emergency shutoff lever cable was stuck. In about two weeks I called and was told that the lawnmower was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the mower, the owner showed me that he had fixed all that was wrong, started it up on the first pull, and told me that he had even changed the oil. He was supper friendly on the phone at first. Now he has had my generator for 6 weeks, refusing to answer and keep me informed, just blowing me off. Now that I told him to DROP HIS BALLS and talk to me and this is his text reply: I will be therr saturday an U can pick it up. 9am.no charges.No i did not fix it. OK I picked it up. All he could do was give the same excuse he had been blowing me off on for three weeks: " You have to wait for your turn there are customers before you!" It had been six weeks.
