You have had my 4 wheeler for over 3 years, is it there, is it ready, are the parts in? These are the same questions that I have had for over 3 years, with a promise of a return call, to no avail. Poor service.
I contacted the company to repair a power station under warranty 6 months ago. Called, went there on person. Different excuse. Finally frustrated with no customer support I said I'm coming to get it. I don't care have it ready. Never again. Stay clear of this company
I contacted small engine specialties to repair a log splitter for me which required a motor replacement and some minor repair work. They’ve had the log splitter now for just under two years. The guy that started working on it quit I’ve been there many of times and talk to the service people to ask them how come it’s taking so long and when can I expect to be finished they keep telling me they have to talk to their manager and the next thing you know they told me the manager is in bad health, I simply said the sign on the doo... read more
