Very disappointed with the service from this shop. I took a saw in and he “diagnosed” it with a bad crank seal. Charged me the $45 to tell me that, but told me he couldn’t find parts so I was out of luck. I took it into another shop in Bend and the repair man there diagnosed the issue as a bad spark plug and had my saw running in less than 10 minutes. This shop just threw out a guess and didn’t want to actually deal with the problem. Pretty sad
This i one of a FEW small engine repair shops. Problem, He know's it. He ueses to his advantage. EXPECT A VERY LONG WAIT Time. Not worth it Recomend a local small enigne repair that actually drives to you.
I took my lawn mower in 12/3/24. Picked up 1/29/25. Tried to start it 4/8/25. Couldn't pull the cord. I called they told me to bring it up. I did today (4/11/25). He first asked if I'd started it. I said, no, I couldn't pull the cord. He said I should have been starting it once a month. I didn't know that and he said it was on the work order. So he's blaming me for not starting it in March. Really? He was rude....said it would be a week out. I asked if he could look at it today because I'd driven from Bend and he said no....... read more

Amazing people, quick and transparent communication and explanation of your issues with your mower, and amazing prices. Customer for life. Okay, this initial review was done a year ago and I had an amazing person at the front counter and very clear communication on what could be done. I have had my mower here serviced twice and it seems like they have zero regard for return customers. I just showed up with a mower that needed repair and they turned me away because they don't have any room to store it while they wait to repai... read more
