This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at a repair shop! John was awesome and was able to get my mower fixed and under three hours I recently moved to the area and had bought a used "Facebook special" riding mower. When I went to test drive the mower it ran fine, but when I got it home and after about 30 minutes of use, it became sluggish. I brought it over to John and he got it up on the left right away.
