We've had lots of unexpected snow in southern Maryland this year, and of course my snowblower chose this moment to break. Gasoline just pouring out of it onto the floor of my garage. I called John figuring that it would take a while to get a service date, but to my surprise he came to my house with a trailer and picked it up within 90 minutes. And he returned it two hours later fully repaired for a very reasonable cost. No extra charge for pickup and delivery, and we're 11 miles away! Can't say enough good things about this ... read more
The "shop" is never open. The owner will not return calls. Has had the piece of equipment for over 2 weeks with no response, update, etc. Lousy business practice and worse customer service.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about the repairs that were done not only to our Husqvarna riding lawn mower, but to the push mower as well! This is our SECOND time calling John, 4 years and teenage son's have taken a toll on the mower! He's available for next day pickup and even with a complete overhaul- my son is back to mowing w/i 10 days! A+ Work- highly recommend!!!
This is the second time this season we have had to call him and he has been great. Both times he fixed my mower in one day. And his rates are super reasonable. This last time my son decided to mow 3 concrete steps and make a mess. It was back in a couple of hours.
This guy is a thief. He took my tractor for a repair 12 weeks ago, and he never returned it. He doesn't return phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
