Matt has kept my John Deere running for years. Always reasonable and I can count on him take good care of my tractor.
Terrible communication. Called multiple times. Was put on hold for 10min then gave up. The other times, no answer. Emailed them thru their website, nothing. Even stopped into their shop…nothing. Might need to invest in office help.
Worst communication ever. They never called me to say what was wrong. Every time I call they leave me on hold. Finally after two weeks of waiting I was told what was wrong and gave them the go ahead to fix it. Almost two weeks later nothing so I call again and was out on hold and said that they would just call me back. So I had to call again and I couldn’t express how I felt the lady was beyond rude and I told her as a business owner I understand being busy but communication is key and she was rude and hung up on me. This is new management, so if you liked Doug's keep that in mind. Ask for timing, and everything else, **in writing** so they can't try to extort you into paying surprise charges by holding your equipment captive.
