I worked with Pam when I purchased my home in Bozeman in 2013. My son was a student at Montana State University and she was so helpful with my purchase from afar. When my son was leaving Bozeman for another job out of state, I again worked with Pam (after a horrific experience from a local competitor). She helped me find local contractors for the necessary improvements to ready the home for sale. I would highly recommend her and would definitely enlist her services again and again. Lauren Dalzell did a fantastic job staging and marketing my property. She was very knowledgeable answering the questions I had before listing and during the sale transaction. Charlie Eubanks was the perfect realtor for us! He is down to earth, optimistic and not at all pushy. At times it felt like he knew our needs better than we did. He encouraged us to be patient and wait for the right house to come on the market... and I'm sitting it in right now! We love our new little home, it's just what we needed and was within our budget (even a bit under!) A friend recommended Charlie to us and I would do the same.
