Ariella was available to get my refundable deposit back from Envision Toyota. I canceled a new car order that was expected to arrive in 2 months. Due to their huge dealer markup, I found another dealership selling one at MSRP. Even after a return drive to Envision and few calls over several weeks after cancelling my order, they kept ignoring my refund request. Ariella is incredible. She was able to support me during a dispute with a stubborn landlord. We thought we had to go to small claims but she was able to solve it with a call.
