⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a small claims case involving Ford of Clovis, and Judge Maria G. Diaz presided over the hearing. From the very beginning, she took the time to genuinely listen and hear me out before anything else. Her professionalism, fairness, and attention to detail were clear throughout the entire process. Thanks to her integrity and the strong evidence I presented, I won the case. I truly appreciate how she handled everything and made sure justice was served. Thank you, Judge Diaz!

Judge Whalen does not know the law, how it should be applied and stated that ignorance of the law is a defense. The clerks do not know their own rules, regulations, policies or the law. The sheriffs do whatever the judges or staff tell them to do without questioning the legality or morality of it. If you email them something, they may reply asking you to print the email and physically mail it to them. Overall, I only encountered a few people that are deserving of their job, which is to serve the public.

I was particularly impressed and grateful for Isaac. He was so patient with me and accommodated me through a family emergency to make sure my claim was filed properly. He definitely went above and beyond for me. The courthouse is beautiful, and everyone was so helpful.

SMALL Claims is currently closed to the public, so you have to pony up your best Perry Massion [Google It] getting the job done with the drop box and day stamp.
