I purchased an item from them through Amazon. The package never arrived and they refused to replace it unless I had another address to send it to! I do not. "Renata" finally consented and I expected to receive it...but again, did not. I E-mailed her 2-3 times through Amazon and only after I put in a claim, she called to say they had just gotten the product in from France and asked if I still wanted it!
