It is unfortunate that a long running WA business is closing down, but I just wanted to share my experience over the years with Smales. I can only speak for their Watch department. I have visited the store over the years ~2-3 times per year, starting 2019-2023 (5 years). For each of those visits my purpose was to see if the watch I wanted was in stock, and if so, was to the purchase it. Have been visiting Smales over the last few years and every time I've visited with friends it's been a fantastic experience - Rosina is always so incredibly generous with her time and engaging in discussion with us, sharing her wisdom and experience across all brands.
