On Saturday October 11, 2025 I dropped my car off at Ron Bouchards Honda in Lancaster Ma. due to a transmission dashboard light on the dashboard of my 2017 Honda Pilot. I was asked to call the service department back on Monday October 13 to speak with the service manager "JJ". I recently purchased a car from Joon Lee, and I was very pleased with how kindly he explained everything.
