I’ve taken my vehicle for service to Smail for years and the service has definitely gone down hill. They used to wash my vehicle Everytime I have it in there and that hasn’t happened for many times ago. Seems trivial but when you are handicapped and can’t wash your own vehicle it really means alt for them to do it Also, pricing is OUTRAGEOUS at Smail. To do a diagnostics on it cost $180-something Advance Auto does for free. $80 to plug a machine in under the dash and the computerized machine does the rest. Highway robbery if... read more
