Your salesman has called me ELEVEN TIMES since January 30th. I requested a quote specifically via email, marked preferred communication method as email. It's been over a month, take the hint. Who lets salesmen harass people like this? They never should've called more than 2 or 3 times (really, they never should have called since I specified communication via email). Stop calling during work hours - even if I wanted to talk, I WORK TOO and can't take calls!
Recall work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time while I waited.
