My husband went to buy a used Acura with our Highlander as a trade and was treated very rudely by the salesman. He was accused of “playing hard ball” because he didn’t want to reveal our payoff until he heard the appraisal and then was told by this salesman “Fine! We’ll do it your way” when he tried to negotiate. I can’t imagine any business allowing its salesman to speak to customers this way, especially in the current car climate. I have been getting service on my Honda at Smail for years. They have always been curtious and respectful of my wishes. They always treat my pilot as if it were their very own.
Smail Honda isn’t a dealership — it’s the Disneyland of oil changes, the Olive Garden of tire rotations: when you’re there, you’re family… but with more rubber and less breadsticks. The prices?
