Not only was the service on my CT6 performed to 100% of my satisfaction, but Troy went above and beyond to ensure that my Rewards and other matters were take into consideration. Since moving to Greensburg nearly 20 years ago I’ve been totally satisfied with Jeff Markle in their sales department and Troy in their service department.
Troy took care of everything and my Cadillac is being repaired for the recall. Plus the shuttle is taking me home and picking me up when the repair is finished. Thank you Gene

Troy is service is the greatest customer rep I have ever seen. We where on a trip from VA when our AC broke down on a Saturday. Troy promptly processed us into the system and started our repair. I would highly recommend Smail's anytime. That is the best service I have seen in a long time THANK YOU VERY MUCH
