I used to purchase all my vehicles at Smail. But not any more. Their service department has become mediocre at best and I’d rather go someplace where my business is appreciated.
Every experience that I've had with Smail Buick GMC has been excellent! I recently had my 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD truck in for service through Troy and once again I felt as if I was the most important customer he had that day.
