I'm from out of state and needed emergency service on my 2014 Ford f350 diesel. Smackover Ford said bring it in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I delivered my truck to them at 8am and had it back before 2pm on a Friday! Small town dealership with big heart. Everyone were helpful knowledgeable. Thank you again for saving the day for me.
Battery failed in my 2009 F-150 over the weekend. Called Smackover Motors first thing Monday morning and talked with service foreman. She told me to bring it in at 1:00 PM . I did and they installed a new battery and had me going by 2:00 PM. Thanks for the fast and professional service. Jamie Cottrell
