Still have not received an order from 2 months ago, that was promised delivery before Christmas. Then the week of Christmas. Then our director was told we’d get it last week (Jan 22). Run. Run far away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Horrible!!! They completely dropped the ball on completing a big order for our VB club. Made promises that they didn’t keep. And didn’t even deliver whole order. Have emailed multiple times and no response. Very disappointing. Surprised that they are even still in business. ☹️☹️
RecommendedWe had an issue with the delivery and complete inventory getting to our team. I spoke to Bill, the owner, and he went over the inventory with me today. I appreciate the time he gave me, I am a coach, and had a few parents upset, he was very caring and apologetic. Looking forward to my delivery on Thursday! So excited to have Smack as our sponsor!!!!
They don’t have any customer service no one responds to calls or emails they send you incomplete orders and wrong sizes clear not what I ordered I have my rect. For proof. Very disappointed... also was told would have order by Christmas nope then they sent an email saying it would ship the following week nope still nothing 2 weeks later...
Ordered three days BEFORE deadline to get in time for Christmas (Dec. 3rd). Get email today that it was shipped (Dec. 20th) and will arrive JAN. 2, 2020!!! Don't promise on your website that it'll arrive in time for Christmas when you can't follow through 😡
Was promised Christmas delivery if ordered by 11/29. Called several times and was told somebody would call back. Never did. Sent two emails. No response. Got a no reply email today stating they over sold and order would not ship for Christmas.
