Management is non-responsive. They will not return calls or letters. Have not returned Security Deposit and no response or reason either. Owner does not answer calls. Property manager quit without notice. Homeless people roam around and security for building is non-existant. Noisy neighbors blasting music at all hours, crazy neighbors that make wild threats, stolen mail and packages, etc. Better make sure you know how to fix things on your own because the maintenance is non-existent. Would not recommend to anyone.
I lived in one of this company's properties for about a year and a half. The actual apartment was nice and spacious however, the quality of management is extremely sub par. When issues arose in the unit such as our garbage disposal completely shutting down, the owners took days to respond and tried to charge us for a new appliance.
