The good out weighs the crooks in this building a few staff members really had my back when others where trying to lie on me. Hiding badges, doctors holding patients longer for insurance fraud! I was there in 2019 and in 2021. Two male staff members from 2019 where still there in 2021. I previously was a residential technician. These two gentlemen are trained professionals. I moved here from our of state so I had to start all over in finding a new Provider in psychiatry. SMA was able to keep me on the same medication because I've been on the same 3 meds for 9 years and they didn't try to change them by adding something or taking some away. I know what works best for me. They took care of everything I needed help with even outside the doctor's office.
