I've dealt with many landlords and rental companies. Sm1 is by far the best experience I've ever had. They are always fully responsive and they handle maintenance issues rapidly. I can't recommend them enough.
Too restrictive on their tenant requirements. If I met all their requirements, I, sure as hell, would not be renting.
I live at 220 W market and had one of the worst rental experiences of my life. My apartment lacked basic safety and habitability features, including no windows in any habitable spaces, which meant no ventilation, natural light, or emergency escape in case of fire. On top of that, my water heater was leaking and smoking, creating a fire hazard. Horrible money hungry greedy people I moved out and they came up with all kinds of untruthful things to keep $700 of my deposit and still has yet till this day show me any receipts smh I'm praying for any and everybody dealing with them they will not prosper doing wrong to people I just let it go and gave it to God cause one thing about him vengeance is his and you will reap what you sow ... they show there true colors once you try to move. Best decision I ever made I am now somewhere peaceful and happy.
